1. Get enough sleep
2. Stop eating processed foods. Just stop. If you look at a label, and you don't know what an ingredient is, why would you put that inside you?
3. Get on a regiment of anti-aging supplements as early in life as possible. Multiple studies on the anti-aging compounds on rodents show that the earlier in life the rodents started receiving the anti-aging supplements, the more anti-aging effect they received.
4. The first where you need to make sure you are covered, is the "base" - vitamins, minerals, Omega-3. amino-acids. While your body may benefit from resveratrol, ubiquinol, nicotinamide ribosome etc, that benefit will be hindered if you are deficient in, say, vitamin C or D, and the latter are much less expensive to supplement with. 
5. Get on a healthy diet. There are many popular diets and approaches like keto, vegetarian, raw-eating, blood-type diet. Regardless of the path you choose, we can still agree that eating raw vegetables, wild-caught fish and seafood, grass-fed pasture raised meat etc are the cornerstones.
